6 teas to boost your beauty
Hello everyone, I hope you are well and that this new year will be much better than the one that just passed, in all aspects (especially beauty 🥰🤭😉). Always with the aim of bringing you the best advice for your beauty 🥰, I'll see you again for a new article. I'm not going to talk to you about masks or cosmetic products (no no, not today 😌😁), but rather about teas for your well-being.
As you know (or have already heard), beauty starts from within. What you consume is reflected on your face or your body in general. At the start of the year, I know that you have a small list of goals to achieve (I hope you have one for self-care 🤨), I also know that you have health goals (eating healthily, going to the gym, etc.), so why not combine these goals and those to have beautiful skin? New month, new year, new you (😅😂), new well-being goals, today I present to you 6 teas that will help boost your immune system but also your beauty 🥰.

In conclusion, including teas in your routine will benefit you in every way. Of course, the ingredients that make up these teas can be used in different forms for your beauty. You can find them in your cosmetic products, in the form of essential oils, in masks or even in the form of capsules, the benefits for your skin will always remain the same as those I described in this article. Little bonus tip, you can also use these teas or infusions as a tonic lotion for your skin 🥰 (nothing is lost, everything is transformed 😉🤣). By drinking teas, your body also benefits, and it will irradiate your skin (one stone, two birds 😁).
That's all for this article, I hope you liked it and that at the same time you will add teas to your routine. If you are unwell, talk to your doctor well before including them. It is true that they are natural, however they may carry certain risks depending on certain health conditions. Anyway 🤭, I'll see you again very soon for a new article. Until then, take care of yourself ❤️!
See you soon 💋
