5 reasons Why I Got Into Sport
Hello everyone, I hope you are well. Today I find you for a new article. With the Trend “That Girl”, going to the room is seen as a must to look like the girl/woman of her dreams. Well beyond this trend, why go to the room or simply practice regular physical activity is highly recommended? In this article, I share with you 5 reasons why I go to the gym regularly (some concern why I went there and others my experience from a physical and mental point of view βΊοΈ).
Recently, I started frequenting a gym. It’s not the first time I’ve been sports, I’m used to it. Before and after the COVID-19, I practiced, at the beginning with a group of young people who had a fitness goal, then I did it at home. With the group of young people, it had lasted a few months, because at the time we were on university leave, when the activities resumed it had become a little difficult, thereafter the socio-political situation of the country did not allow it. I still continued with exercises on YouTube at home and I was starting to see results. However, it only lasted a few months also because I quickly got tired. Why do you ask yourself (or should you ask yourself π )? I was aimed at losing weight, with Youtube exercises, I did not really cib this goal. And, the real reason for my weariness was the fact that there was always someone to say to me: " oh but isn't it that you (still) fat ". This sentence came back again and again π, until the day I decided to drop and put the sport back as soon when I can frequent a room. The speeches on my weight did not cease, because, as you must know, when you stop sport overnight, and keeping a bad eating habit, you automatically gain weight. I put this project in a corner of my head while doing another job, that of accepting my body as it has become. Whenever a person made me a remark on my weight, I automatically replied that I loved my body as it is as well as my pounds too much. good, Yo Fon Banm Vag , keeping there was always someone to make the remark, I simply ignored it.
Last December, when I opened a new room in the area where I am, I decided to go. I had already lost weight, following personal concerns and my reduction in sugar consumption. My entourage did not find the importance of this decision. From my first day in the room, I felt different (not because of the aches π ), but because I carry out a project that I always wanted to do. And it is by frequenting it regularly that I can share with you these 5 reasons (well we come about it π π ).
1. Disciplize me
By becoming an adult, it is very easy to lose interest in certain things, however minimal. Adult life literally comes down to trying to survive. For a creative person like me and multitasking, discipline is a "must". Going to the room, I have to do certain exercises over a duration to have the desired result, my brain is conditioned on this and I create a discipline. As an example I can tell you about my experience with the rope jump, at the beginning I made 120 jumps per series of 30, then I went to 40, then 50. Now I do 500 jumps per series of 100 βΊοΈ. I can also say that discipline is similar to consistency in this case. There are days when I really don't want to go there, but I go there, in the end I come out with a better mood and I have less the loose π .
2. Be healthier
Very often, in our culture, gym rhymes with weight loss. And yet it’s much more than that. Gym rhymes with weight loss, weight gain, increase in self -esteem and especially better physical condition, hence better health. When I say I'm going to play sports, people ask me why. No, but because?! As you know, my dear readers and readers ππ, I like everything that relates to natural well-being. If I do all of this, it is to feel good about my skin and preserve my health, because nowadays, everything around us can help make sick. By having this discipline to frequent the room regularly, I assure myself better health and longevity ππ. My mother had read me recently, somewhere on the web, that a sick person who does sport often can live longer than a healthy person who does not practice sport. I don't have to give you a better drawing, Best health + Sport = Longevity ical.
3. Stabilize my mood
With the vagaries of life and the menstrual cycle, the mood can very quickly capsize (it sounds very Haitian π€£). In addition, I am a lunatic person, even if all is well, there will always be this blues, out of nowhere, who will alleviate my good humor. By practicing sport, the body automatically releases hormones such as endorphin, dopamine or adrenaline. These hormones contribute, among other things, to reduce stress, improve the quality of sleep, promotes relaxation and provides a feeling of well-being. Suddenly, I feel in better mood. If my entourage, the world or life in general wants to give up, put myself in a dark humor, I trust them and I stay in my bubble. It may seem selfish, but the important thing is that I feel good.
4. Fight my cramps
Before I had excruciating pain when my English landed. I stayed in bed, suffering from pain, practically no medication could help me. I consulted a doctor last year, the pain had decreased, but I was still not satisfied. I started drinking ginger and turmeric regularly, I saw considerable changes. By frequenting the room, my pains disappear completely. I do not remain bedridden and I can go about some of my activities. Of course, I get help from cachets, but they are less strong than what I took before.
5. Have a better image of me
This is the ultimate goal to play sports π. Change physical appearance and love reflection in the mirror. As I told you above, I had already lost weight before. But now I have reached my ideal weight. I am asking the room coach not to give me a weight loss exercise π . Now people find me thin (even too much according to them). I feel good about my skin, although before I said, but part of me wanted to lose the extra pounds. Today, people find me too thin, these same people who found me too big, I tell you, with people you never know what to do π«£, if you listen to them, bah, you are screwed up (es) ical. The main thing is to love yourself (as always). I like the reflection of my person, I am very far away in my fitness adventure (I am not yet 6 months old π ) and I already like how to practice sport changes my body and my mind. That’s why I say it improves my image with myself. (I am also less shy π).
In short, well-being is the result of different factors whose practice of regular physical activity is one. As soon as it helps improve your mood and increase your self-esteem, it contributes to your well-being. It is a dependent correlation. I would strongly advise you to practice regular physical activity, whether dance, swimming, tennis, yoga, pilate, go to the room or simply walking, you see. Choose (or start) the activity that suits you, be consistent, go at your own pace and have fun βΊοΈ, because yes, there is also a fun side in there. The most important thing is that you take care of yourself, in one way or another, and that I find you to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the blog (minimum eh ππ€).
that's all for this article, I hope you liked it. It is less scientific π, but still selfcare. You who frequent the room, tell me what are the reasons that push you to go there regularly βΊοΈ. For this I find you in the comments or on the different networks of the blog. As for me I find you very soon for a new article, by then, take care of yourself β€οΈ!
See you soon π
